Tracey O'Dwyer is a specialist divorce and family law solicitor. Tracey qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and is a member of the Law Society's Family Panel. Tracey is a member of Resolution.
Tracey joined Tony Roe Solicitors when Tony set it up in early 2008, having previously worked with him at Boyes Turner. Before coming to the Reading area Tracey practised in Surrey where she had a significant following. Prior to becoming a solicitor, Tracey worked for the Child Support Agency.
As well as dealing with divorce and children, Tracey has a particular interest in cohabitation. Tracey favours a calm, measured and non-acrimonious approach, wherever possible, but also recognises when a firm stance is needed. She thinks laterally and creatively, and has worked on some unusual and complex cases.
Tracey is married to Matthew, a mountain biking enthusiast, and they have two young children. Tracey is a keen swimmer, both in a pool and open water, and is a qualified swimming teacher.
